Kitchen Cabinets Thousand Oaks

About Kitchen Cabinets Thousand Oaks

A free, local referral service. Not a cabinet contractor.

Who we are

Kitchen Cabinets Thousand Oaks is a free referral website for homeowners in Thousand Oaks and the surrounding Conejo Valley. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform cabinet work. When you send a request, we connect you with one independent local cabinet pro who serves your area, and that business contacts you directly.

Why this site exists

Cabinet projects are personal and expensive, and it is hard to tell from search results which businesses actually work in the Conejo Valley. Our goal is to publish genuinely useful local information about cabinets, refacing, and storage, and give you one easy way to reach a local pro without being passed around to a dozen companies.

How the referral works

  1. Tell us about the project. Fill out the short form with your city, project type, rough budget, and timeline.
  2. We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local cabinet pro who covers your area.
  3. Get a written estimate. The provider contacts you, looks at the project, and gives you a written estimate.
  4. You decide. Compare, ask questions, and hire only if it is right for you. No obligation.

What we promise, and what we don’t

  • Using this site is free for you. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
  • We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
  • We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider’s work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
  • We don’t publish ratings, customer quotes, invented statistics, or made-up credentials, because none of those would be ours to claim.
  • Cost figures on this site are broad ranges homeowners report, clearly labeled, and never quotes.

Protect yourself when hiring

Ask for the provider’s California contractor license number and check it on the CSLB website, ask for proof of liability insurance (and workers’ compensation if they have employees), get a written estimate that describes the scope, and ask who pulls any required permit. In California, a contractor generally can’t ask for a down payment of more than 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, for home improvement work.
